Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be new in package (so don't wind that last skein, just in case you don't need it.) All returns accepted will receive store credit. No refunds. All loyalty card punches must take place at the register during checkout or pickup. No punches given on past purchases. It is your responsibility to ask for punches if I forget! In order to cash in a loyalty card, the physical card must be present at time of checkout. Unfortunately at this time there is no way to use loyalty cards for online purchases. No prorated punches, discounts, etc. will be given.
