Our sock yarn blanks are long double-stranded pre-knit stretches of machine washable, Merino/nylon blend sock yarn that we hand-dye just for you. Grab your favorite and then knit directly from the sock blank to easily create two matching items: socks, mitts, sleeves, leggings.... you name it.
The finished knit size of the blank is 33" long by 9" wide. The double-stranded gauge is 4.75sts/1". When you knit from the Sock Blank single-stranded, you should achieve your usual fingering weight gauge on size #1-3 needles.
