| Details: | The weather is starting to get cooler (or, will be soon, haha) and I'm so ready for it! How about some colorwork makes to celebrate the season? This fall, our stitch-along is all about our love of color: think stranded knitting or crochet, mosaic, drop-n-swap, intarsia.... anything you can think of to incorporate more than one color into your gorgeous item. This is meant to inspire you to create something that YOU want to make. Knit or crochet a sweater, spin two different color ways and then ply them together. Even add multiple yarns to your loom with intent, and weave away! This event is for knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, and needle felting, but if you can think of something else, just ask! We'll all get started together at 2pm and chat the afternoon away. Our fashion show will be Nov. 8 at 2pm, so wear your colorwork item in that day to be entered to win a prize pack. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! As always, if you need help with ideas, just let me know. I'm always here for that. |
