| Details: | The weather is starting to get cooler (or, will be soon, haha) and I'm so ready for it! How about some harvest-inspired makes to celebrate the season? This fall, our stitch-along is all about harvest: think corn, pumpkins, scarecrows, wheat fields, veggies, canning, pot pies, and anything else that makes you think of crisp mornings and reaping the bounty of all we've planted and tended to all year. This is meant to inspire you to create something that YOU want to make. For example: You could use harvest colors of gold, orange, brown, and red. OR You could make leaves, apples, pumpkins, or baskets. OR You could find patterns or stitch patterns using the words "harvest" or "wheat" or "fall" to incorporate into anything you want. OR You could make..... anything at all that calls to mind a fall harvest. Think hay rides, bonfires, and more. This event is for knitting, crocheting, spinning, weaving, and needle felting, but if you can think of something else, just ask! We'll all get started together at 2pm and chat the afternoon away. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! As always, if you need help with ideas, just let me know. I'm always here for that. |
